Just buy a decent small shield booster (gistii a-type small shield booster if memory serves) and you should be able to tank triple 0.0 BS spawns in your hulk. By the third one you will find a complete list of NPC rats and their damage/weakness listed in the bio. Next time you are in game, randomly click show info on whoever is in local. so my question is do the rates in the domain region al do a curtian damage type? like em and therm? but that doesnt do me much good if the rats in the domain region do all diff types of damage. if i can tank specificly for a curtin damage type that would be great. but it seems that i cant get my recharge rate to where i want it without taking my lowslot cargo mods out. in my whining my friend said to aviod accident just go with a passive tank. but just recently i lost a hulk to rats when i was forced to go afk for very long. Im not really a pve guy so i dont know much about the general rats in eve.
